The Illinois Energy Rewards campaign is used to communicate with contacts who have expressed interest in energy incentives, rebates, efficiency upgrades, and related home energy programs, and who have requested a review of the opportunities that may be available to them.

Nature of the Service

Illinois Energy Rewards is an independent consumer information and marketing service. It is not a government agency, a utility company, or an official state program. Completing an assessment does not guarantee eligibility for any program and does not obligate you to purchase any product or service. Program availability, incentive amounts, and eligibility requirements are set by the applicable program, provider, or utility and are subject to change.

Service Terms

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to the shortcode to unsubscribe. After confirming your unsubscribe status via SMS, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as before.
• If you have issues with the messaging program, reply with HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at support@illinoisenergyrewards.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Message and data rates may apply for messages from us to you and vice versa. You may receive up to two automated messages per day. Contact your wireless provider for questions about your text or data plan.
